We are not able to provide refunds for delayed deliveries, nor can we provide refunds for products that have not yet been delivered. If you have not received your product, tracking link, or have any concerns about your shipment, please contact us.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue it to the original payment method used for your order. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to be finalized.
