Are You Getting Enough Fiber?

Fibre is commonly known for its ability to help with constipation and regularity; however, it plays a much bigger role in a healthy diet than just digestive health. Fibre is important to your diet because it can lower your risk of diabetes by moderating your blood sugar levels, decrease your risk of heart disease by lowering your cholesterol levels, and help you maintain a healthy weight by keeping you fuller for longer!

According to Health Canada, Canadians do not get enough daily fibre a day. On average, we are only consuming 10 – 15 grams of total fibre daily. An adult woman under 50 years of age needs 25 grams of fibre daily and men need 38 grams!

Since most Canadians are only getting about half the recommended amount of fiber per day, the best way to ensure you are getting enough fiber is to use a fiber supplement like NutraStat. Our fiber has been carefully designed to be the most natural and effective fiber supplement on the market. We only use 100% non-GMO Canadian barley to extract our beta-glucan fiber, which is a natural fiber occuring in the barley grain.

One serving of Nutrastat (3 tablespoons) contains 18% of your recommended daily intake of fiber. It is made completely from barley and is extracted without the use of any chemicals, enzymes, or solvents. We wanted to keep it 100% natural so it can best help support your digestive system, better maintain blood sugar levels, and naturally maintain healthy cholesterol levels.

Use NutraStat as your dietary fiber supplement to help you get the recommended amount of fiber per day.

Hi Gisele,

Thank you for the question! One container of NutraStat is 185 g which works out to be 42 tablespoons. Depending on how many servings you take a day it will last you 2 weeks upward of a month. The recommended dosage is 1-3 tablespoons daily.

Don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly via email if you have any other questions! :)

Hi. I am interested in your product, but I’d like to know how long one container would last, if I used it daily? I need to know because of the cost. And before I buy, could you please advise about shipping costs to Alberta?
